Registered Nurse Supervisor – PM Shift

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the PM Supervising Nurse role at a long-term care facility specializing in Alzheimer’s, dementia, rehabilitation, and behavioral care.

  • Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, oversee direct and indirect resident care, assist with unit management, and respond to emergencies, complaints, and staffing issues.
  • Take responsibility for facility management in the absence of senior staff.
  • Require graduation from an accredited nursing program, current WI license, and preferably experience in long-term care or FDD; training provided for motivated applicants.
  • Schedule: 2:00PM-10:00PM every other weekend; includes night shift requirement.
  • Compensation: $42.12/hour plus shift differentials and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, retirement, tuition assistance, and more.
