Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers, newborns, and families during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor maternal-fetal status
- Administer medications, support pain management and breastfeeding
- Coordinate care plans with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Document care accurately in the EMR
- Educate families on newborn and postpartum care
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and healing environment aligned with core values
Qualifications & Skills:
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Experience or knowledge in maternal and neonatal care preferred
- Strong communication, compassionate bedside manner, and teamwork skills
- Ability to support families through labor and postpartum processes
