Responsibilities: Utilize dependent, interdependent, and independent nursing functions to deliver patient care, ensuring comprehensive treatment aligned with care plans and outcome criteria.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with clinical experience across the lifespan; current RN licensure in the practicing state(s); additional certification or training may be required depending on specialty. Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
Skills & Requirements: Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, documentation skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with telephonic nursing practice may require licensure in patient-residing states.
