Position Overview:
- Provide direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare setting, following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, document patient conditions, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts to ensure well-organized patient care.
- Administer physician and nursing orders and assess patient needs collaboratively.
Requirements:
- Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school; minimum of one year of bedside nursing experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Two or more years of bedside nursing experience.
