Our RDNs collaborate with medical and mental health providers to support patients of all ages, offering counseling for conditions like diabetes, heart disease, weight management, and food allergies. They utilize motivational interviewing to create personalized, culturally sensitive nutrition plans, provide education, and support preventative care. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing nutrition goals, collaborating with care teams, mentoring students, and engaging with community resources.
Position details: 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week), $32.76-$48.23/hour DOE, with a $5,000 hiring/retention bonus and relocation assistance. Qualifications: Master’s degree in dietetics, RD credential, Washington State certification, and preferred bilingual skills.
