This professional position involves providing highly complex, direct medical care to patients, operating independently with oversight from the Site Medical Director or Vice President of Clinical Affairs.
Requirements include:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school or certification by recognized boards or licensing authorities.
- Current medical license in New Mexico, with ability to obtain hospital privileges.
- Valid DEA license, New Mexico CSR, Medicare PIN, UPIN, and Medicaid number.
- Within 30 days of hire, obtain BLS/CPR or ACLS certification; ACLS required if assigned to specific centers.
- Board certification in Family Medicine is strongly preferred.
- Successful completion of screening, including immunizations (TB, Hep B, Tdap, MMR, Varicella) and criminal background check if applicable.
