We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants or Advanced Practice Registered Nurses for full-time and part-time roles in primary and urgent care clinics located in Checotah, Wagoner, Pryor, and Okmulgee, with a new location opening in Sapulpa.
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience, valid PA or APRN license, and current BLS certification.
- Providers will perform patient assessments, diagnose, order tests, prescribe treatments, and handle procedures like injections and suturing.

- Work involves in-person clinic duties with at least every other Saturday availability; no remote work.
