Role Overview:
The Residential Associate Clinician provides support to individuals transitioning from residential care to independent living, ensuring a safe and growth-promoting environment. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing recovery plans, documenting progress, and acting as a liaison with community agencies and families.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and guide participants through recovery and independence.
- Complete initial and annual assessments, develop person-centered recovery plans.
- Maintain accurate case records and document participant progress.
- Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and training.
- Assess mental health symptoms and respond with appropriate interventions.
- Ensure safety and promote a healthy environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, nursing, or related field.
