We are hiring a full-time Nursing Supervisor in Weirton, WV to oversee nursing services in a licensed, non-profit mental and behavioral health organization with a longstanding community presence since 1964.
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating nursing care, completing Person Care Certifications, and developing nursing plans of care.
- Requires RN licensure (WV or eligible) and supervisory experience, with a strong understanding of mental illness, behavioral sciences, and medication management.
- Must be capable of independent assessment, effective communication, staff training, recordkeeping, and working both independently and as part of a team.
- Position reports directly to the CEO and involves providing relief for staff RNs as needed.
