This Nurse Practitioner/Community Health position involves providing direct patient care with clinical oversight from physicians and leadership.

Requirements include

  • graduation from a Nurse Practitioner program
and
  • current licenses and certifications such as NM Board of Nursing license, DEA, CSR, Medicare PIN, and Medicaid number.

Additional requirements involve
  • obtaining BLS/CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days
and
  • compliance with screening, testing, and immunization policies.
