We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team in a full-time role.
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and care plans
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
- Document patient care accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with team members and refer patients to specialists as needed
- Ensure care adheres to accepted standards and monitor patient progress
