Mental Health Therapist

We’re expanding our clinical team in North Dakota and seek a fully licensed therapist to work with adults, adolescents, and children experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction, grief, and personal growth.

While strong generalists are welcome, expertise in

• Couples Therapy (e.g., Gottman, EFT)

,

• Child Therapy (play, art, sand tray)

, or

• Men’s Issues (midlife transitions, masculinity)

is preferred but not required.

Our approach emphasizes evidence-based, depth-oriented, and practical therapy, with full clinical autonomy. The role involves managing a caseload of 16-25 clients/week, with flexible schedule options, hybrid work, and administrative responsibilities until support staff is hired.

Compensation ranges from $60,000 to over $110,000 annually, plus benefits like professional development, health stipend, and flexible hours.
