Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure
- Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all State Board requirements
- Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials may be required
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform patient care tasks
- Preferred IV Certification within one year of hire
