This nursing position involves supporting, implementing, and monitoring patient care accurately and promptly.
- Requirements include a valid nursing license from Tennessee and graduation from an approved nursing program.
- Certification in BLS within 90 days of hire is necessary.
- Must be able to work well under pressure, independently and dependently, with flexibility in various settings.
- Experience in a medical/surgical unit with diverse patient ages is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, prolonged standing, and up to 12-hour shifts are required.
- Must be capable of pushing/pulling objects up to 175 lbs and lifting/turning patients up to 250 lbs with assistance.
- Key responsibilities include collecting patient data, revising care plans, educating patients, administering treatments, monitoring responses, and documenting accurately.
