We are seeking a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) to join our Community Health Center, providing outpatient primary care and behavioral health services.
- Assist in integrating Substance Use Services into the clinical setting, developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Conduct Substance Use Assessments and coordinate care with medical providers.
- Support individuals receiving Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) or mandated treatment through care coordination and compliance oversight.
- Offer individual, group, and family treatment based on evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in meetings and training.
Qualifications: Licensed Addiction Counselor in Montana, with at least 2 years of clinical assessment and treatment experience preferred.
This full-time role requires in-person work in Hamilton, MT, with benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.
