Role Overview: This position involves providing direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, focusing on acute cardiac and critical care patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to standards.
- Promote patient and family-centered care, offering education on managing illnesses, medications, and post-discharge needs.
- Develop and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
- Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:
- RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
