Responsibilities:
- Coordinate hospital supervisor functions and operations
- Mentor and role model for nursing staff, fostering problem-solving and leadership skills
- Assist with staffing, crisis response, and staff evaluation
- Implement disaster preparedness plans as needed
- Communicate effectively during urgent situations and follow-up with management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Oregon RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- Leadership experience as a charge nurse or in similar roles
- Strong communication, crisis management, and leadership abilities
