Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics & Performance Training

Are you a passionate Physical Therapist who enjoys treating orthopedic conditions while helping patients return to the activities and sports they love? We're looking for a motivated, patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice with an integrated performance training gym.
Our clinic offers a unique environment where rehabilitation and performance go hand in hand. You'll work with a diverse patient population—from post-operative and orthopedic patients to athletes and active adults—using evidence-based care in a collaborative, supportive setting.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related injuries.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving performance.
- Utilize our fully equipped performance training gym to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and return to activity.
- Collaborate with PT Aides and performance training staff to provide exceptional patient care.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and long-term wellness.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and participate in collaborative clinical discussions.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure).
- Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
- Experience in orthopedic or sports physical therapy is preferred but new graduates with a strong orthopedic interest are encouraged to apply.
