Requirements
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Works primarily in a greenhouse environment.
- Perform daily maintenance operations on the plants, such as watering, weeding, and pruning.
- For 8in plants apply saucers and sleeves.
- Shine spray 8 in plants.
- For 6 in hanging baskets must install hangers and saucers.
- Assist with pulling orders.
- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
Specific Skills & requirement
- Ability to count inventory for order pulling.
- Able to safely lift and/or move up to 25lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to climb or balance as needed.
- Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary.
- Able to work in different weather conditions.
