Physical Therapist (PT)
- Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Develop and update individualized care plans and therapy goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams regarding resident progress and needs
- Participate in resident care planning meetings
- Assist with education and training initiatives as needed
- Support a safe, respectful, resident-centered care environment
Physical Therapist (PT)
- Graduation from an approved school of physical therapy required.
- State license to practice physical therapy required.
- Two years' experience in physical therapy preferred.
- Ability to direct others necessary.
- This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
Salary : $38 - $50
