The Role
This is more than just a warehouse job. You will be the "engine room" of our operations—ensuring our service technicians have what they need, our showroom stays stocked, and our customers receive top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics & Support: Pull products using pick-tickets and organize job necessities for service vehicles.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels within the warehouse and on work trucks in coordination with the Warehouse Manager.
- Showroom Excellence: Prepare, clean, and transport products to the retail floor to ensure a great customer experience.
- Field Support: Load/unload freight and transport products to customer job sites, including site cleanup as needed.
- Leadership: Assist in maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-Motivated Leaders: You don’t wait to be told what to do; you see a need and fill it.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stay active (standing, bending, stairs) throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license with a clean record and a rock-solid track record of punctuality.
- Professionalism: A friendly, "can-do" attitude when interacting with both staff and customers.
- The Basics: You must have your own reliable transportation and basic tools.
Note: Previous Pool/Spa experience is NOT required. We provide the training; you provide the hustle!
Schedule & Benefits
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts; Monday–Friday with weekends as needed (Overtime available).
- Location: In-person at our Baldwinsville, NY headquarters.
