Principal requirements:
A valid California Administrative Credential. A minimum of three years of teaching experience, successful leadership experience, knowledge of K-5 curriculum, students and teaching strategies, excellent interpersonal communications skills, conflict resolution and problem solving skills, ability to work through a participatory and consensus-building decision-making process, ability to work effectively and contribute as a member of a team, possess excellent oral and written skills.
Salary/Benefits:
• Work Year: 210 days
• Salary placement is on the Leadership Team Salary Schedule. The current salary range is $148,114 - $175,913. An additional stipend of $1,500 for Masters/Doctorate; Health Competitive benefits package.
