We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their automotive service needs are met with professionalism and expertise. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of automotive repair processes to effectively assist customers in making informed decisions about their vehicle maintenance and repair.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of services, repairs, and maintenance options.
• Write service orders and document customer concerns clearly.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
• Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately.
• Eliminates surprises for customer by reviewing service repairs and their associated charges to ensure accuracy.
• Promptly addresses and resolves customer viewpoint and service follow-up issues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive service writing or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, auto estimating, and auto body repair is a plus.
• Strong upselling skills to promote additional services effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service..
• A passion for the automotive industry and commitment to providing exceptional service.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
