Lively Real Estate is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support our growing brokerage. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands real estate marketing, and can effectively manage multiple projects while driving social media growth and engagement.
Role Description:
Marketing & Social Media
Create and design marketing materials including flyers, postcards, brochures, and social media graphics using Canva
Manage and grow Instagram presence, including increasing followers, engagement, and brand visibility
Plan, film, and edit trending Reels and social media content that aligns with current algorithms and trends
Post and manage content across all Lively Real Estate social media platforms
Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including Just Listed, Just Sold, and Under Contract promotions
Create and send monthly newsletters and bi-weekly email campaigns to the database
Project Management & Systems
Oversee and manage multiple marketing and administrative projects simultaneously from start to completion
Utilize CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred) to track tasks, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
Ensure all marketing timelines, listing launches, and campaigns are executed efficiently and on schedule
Continuously improve and streamline systems and workflows for efficiency and scalability
Administrative Support
Prepare and send 200 letters per week as part of marketing outreach
Write and send handwritten thank-you notes and client appreciation cards
Assist with database management and follow-up systems
Support day-to-day office operations and team needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience using systems and CRMs (Follow Up Boss preferred, but not required)
MUST have proven experience growing Instagram accounts, increasing engagement, and creating viral/trending Reels
Proficient in Canva and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google)
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a team environment
Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time, up to 25-30 hours per week (in-office)
Hourly position (based on experience)
Weekly timesheet submission required
1099 position to start
