What You’ll Do (Entry-Level)
Serve as a brand ambassador for AT&T, providing full product and service representation
Engage with customers daily to identify the best solutions for their needs
Stay current on promotions, plans, and pricing
Build strong customer relationships focused on trust and retention
Participate in ongoing professional and leadership development
Leadership Track
We are actively developing future leaders within LI Consulting. Top performers will train to manage a team of 10–15 sales representatives. Leadership responsibilities include:
Coaching, training, and motivating team members
Driving team sales performance while ensuring top-tier customer experience
Assisting in the creation and execution of sales and marketing strategies
Supporting recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding efforts
Conducting performance reviews and development planning
