Your Role
As an Account Manager, you will own client relationships and drive the successful execution of e-commerce and livestream campaigns.
You will work cross-functionally with internal teams (livestream, paid media, content, and operations) to deliver measurable business results for clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships
- Translate client goals into actionable campaign strategies
Campaign & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of e-commerce and livestream campaigns
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creators, media buyers, and operations
- Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor key metrics including GMV, traffic, and ROI
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- Continuously optimize campaigns to drive growth
Client Communication
- Deliver regular performance reports and business reviews
- Manage client expectations and feedback effectively
- Ensure smooth communication across global teams
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or e-commerce
- Experience with TikTok Shop, e-commerce agencies, or performance marketing is highly preferred
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with strong execution capability
