The Role
The Social Media Performance Manager is responsible for driving Livea’s growth and performance across paid social, organic social, email marketing, and marketing-related CRM systems (Zenoti).
This role blends strategy and hands-on execution, ensuring that Livea’s social and email efforts generate high-quality leads, re-engage past clients, build trust and community, and reflect Livea’s no-shame, no-judgment philosophy.
You’ll own performance while helping shape a social and email presence that feels human, supportive, and results-driven. This role partners closely with marketing leadership and creative resources and is not responsible for all-channel marketing ownership outside of social, email, and CRM-related efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social Strategy & Performance
- Own paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and OTT social placements
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns supporting new client acquisition, client reactivation/restarters, and seasonal or promotional initiatives
- Build and manage audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and CRM-based audiences
- Test creative, messaging, hooks, and calls-to-action to improve lead quality and efficiency
- Optimize creative distribution across placements such as feeds, Reels, and Shorts
- Manage budgets with a focus on performance, efficiency, and ROI
Organic Social Strategy
- Develop and manage Livea’s organic social content calendar
- Ensure organic content supports paid campaigns and overall marketing strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams and centers to source authentic content such as in-clinic moments, team highlights, educational content, and compliant client success stories
- Maintain a consistent, warm, and supportive brand voice across platforms
Email Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Own email marketing campaigns including planning, scheduling, deployment, segmentation, and targeting
- Support lead nurture campaigns, client reactivation efforts, and ongoing engagement and education
- Ensure email messaging aligns with social and broader campaign themes
- Monitor key email performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Maintain compliance-aware messaging appropriate for healthcare and medical weight-management audiences
CRM & Marketing Systems (Zenoti)
- Manage and optimize Zenoti for marketing communications
- Build and maintain marketing workflows, campaigns, and automation
- Support list management, segmentation, and re-engagement efforts
- Partner with operations and leadership to ensure accurate system setup and effective use
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing communications
Creative & Messaging Leadership
- Translate strategy into compelling messaging for social captions, hooks, email subject lines, copy, and short-form video concepts
- Partner with designers, video editors, and marketing leadership to bring campaigns to life
- Ensure all creative reflects Livea’s medical credibility, empathy, and no-judgment approach
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report on performance metrics including cost per lead, conversion quality, engagement trends, and email performance
- Provide clear, actionable insights beyond dashboards
- Translate data into recommendations for testing priorities and budget shifts
- Use performance data to refine strategy, scale what works, and adjust spend as needed
