Duties
- Carefully select and pack products according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing to uphold quality standards
- Use appropriate packaging materials to protect products during transit
- Label packages clearly with correct shipping information for efficient delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized packing station to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing quotas and deadlines
- Assist in inventory counts and restocking supplies as needed
- Clean machinery equipment/floors, etc.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs for short periods of times.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in packing and labeling
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in packing, warehouse work, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
