Job Definition: Substance Abuse Counselor LCAS needed for fulltime outpatient therapy position credentialed with Alliance BHC.
Services include, but are limited to, the following services:
- Individual counseling and support to adolescent and adults
- Provides morning and evening SAIOP (Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient)
- Services provided in Raleigh NC area to individuals with substance disorders
- LCAS will provide individual and group treatment services
- Including treatment planning, and individual, family and group therapy.
- Provides independent diagnostic, psycho-social and professional counseling
- With Adult clients with complicated co-occurring disorders
- Provide Substance Abuse Outpatient Therapy Services or Assessments via Telehealth platform.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Provisional licensure as one of the following: LCAS,
- 2 years of experience, and Master Degree
- providing Substance Abuse services to Adults
- Competency with individual, group, and family therapy
- Credentialed with Alliance Behavioral Health
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Valid NC Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous training and experience in Matrix, MIT, CBT Therapy or Seven Challenges
- Familiarity with Wake County System of Care

Pay: $40.00- $45.00 per hour
