Responsibilities

- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote efficient and effective patient care.
- Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff to enhance their professional development and performance.
- Monitor patient outcomes and quality metrics to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
- Manage budgeting processes related to clinical services, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Experience
