Join a dedicated behavioral health team as a

Youth Therapist

 and make a meaningful impact by providing mental health services to youth ages 8–18 and their families.

  • Offer individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, and develop culturally competent treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support program activities, and engage communities in care initiatives.
  • Work schedule is from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with a flexible option on Friday.
  • Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field, at least one year of youth mental health experience, and a valid driver’s license.
  • Compensation includes a base salary of $50,000, bilingual pay if applicable, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
