The Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) provides professional therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination for patients and families.

• Conducts comprehensive psychosocial assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers therapy tailored to diverse, culturally sensitive needs.
• Participates in team meetings, maintains accurate documentation, and supports school system collaborations.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains credentials, demonstrating clinical competency.
• Builds collaborative relationships with colleagues and external resources, upholds professional conduct, and adheres to organizational policies.
  
  

Requirements: Master’s in social work, Maryland LMSW license, 3 years healthcare experience, and the ability to relocate to Salisbury, MD. Full-time role with benefits, offering $65,000-$75,000 annually.
