We are seeking a compassionate

Staff Psychiatrist

to provide high-quality mental health services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

• Perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and documentation in compliance with legal and medical standards.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate client care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, participate in after-hours on-call, and supervise medical staff.
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to policies, and document all interactions accurately.
• Qualifications include an Arkansas medical license (MD or DO); psychiatry specialization preferred. Strong communication, confidentiality, and travel willingness required. Experience with electronic health records is a plus.
