Responsibilities include: assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; developing individualized plans; working with patients requiring trach and vent support; collaborating with teams; educating patients and families; maintaining documentation.

Requirements: active Oklahoma SLP license, Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, strong communication skills, experience with trachs and vents a plus, passion for improving patient quality of life.
