We are seeking a PRN Licensed Social Worker for our Senior Adults Program at Wamego Health Center, Wamego KS.
This in-person day position offers competitive pay and involves facilitating group therapy, completing psychosocial assessments, assisting with treatment and discharge planning, and conducting utilization reviews.
Qualifications include Kansas Master's level social work licensure, strong therapy and assessment skills, and experience with geriatric and adult populations. Experience in brief therapy methods like CBT or solution-focused therapy is preferred.
Our outpatient program provides individualized, intensive treatment for older adults facing emotional or behavioral health challenges, promoting dignity and respect. Patients return home each afternoon, serving multiple counties to help individuals achieve optimal functioning.
