RN Staff Nurse Pool - Night Shifts

Position:

Staff Nurse Pool, Med/Surg

Location:

Highland Park Hospital

Hours:

12-hour nights, full-time (36 hours/week), with weekend and holiday rotations

Pay Range:

$37.25 - $57.74/hour, based on experience and expertise

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate inpatient nursing care across medical-surgical units
• Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current IL nursing license
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum one year of inpatient care experience
