Role Overview:
This position involves delivering patient care as an Inpatient RN, following established standards and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, treatments, patient education, discharge planning, and evaluating care effectiveness.
Key Duties:
- Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to address patient needs and adjust care plans.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and promote teamwork within the unit.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
