Relationship Banker

Role Overview:

The Relationship Banker is a trusted advisor responsible for engaging clients through consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth by proactively promoting and selling banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and referrals to other banking lines.
• Deepen client relationships through personalized financial advice, excellent service, and regular outreach to clients and prospects.
• Support sales initiatives, coach team members, and assist with operational duties such as vault responsibilities and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, risk management, and regulatory requirements, including ongoing credit and background checks.
• Support operational efficiency by participating in meetings, training, and maintaining knowledge of products and regulations.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED; 2-5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Strong sales, client service, and communication skills, with ability to perform moderately complex tasks.
