Key Responsibilities:

- Make referrals to other banking services like mortgage, wealth, and private banking.
- Maintain high-quality client experience by resolving issues promptly and supporting the teller line when needed.
- Support compliance with bank policies, regulations, and risk management protocols.

- High school diploma or GED; 5 years of experience.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese are preferred.
