Registered Nurse - Marian Center - Nights - FT

Role Overview:

This position involves providing patient-centered nursing care in a short-term inpatient psychiatric facility, utilizing the nursing process to ensure effective treatment and patient safety.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Coordinating care with psychiatrists, medical providers, social workers, and therapy teams.
• Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Evaluating care effectiveness and ensuring quality standards are met.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation.
