Shift: Evening (3:00-11:30pm) with rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to adult psychiatric patients
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Contribute to safety, quality improvement, and positive patient experiences
- Current IL nursing license
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Adult Psychiatry experience preferred
- Competitive hourly pay range based on experience, with a minimum of $37.25
