Role:
Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluate and adjust nursing interventions based on patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and family to coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and unit-based decision-making.
- Promote patient safety, satisfaction, and compassionate care during interactions.
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required), Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
