- Contributing to innovative care initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Certification from AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
- Current licensure through the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners or Medical Board
- Valid DEA license or ability to obtain one
- Comfort managing an older adult patient population
- Experience in managed care environments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency
- At least one year of clinical experience
