Physician MD/DO Full time Established Private Practice

We are seeking a family medicine MD/DO to serve as the primary provider in a well-established practice in Jasper, Texas.

• Provide in-person and telehealth care to a diverse patient population.
• Lead clinical assessments and shared decision-making via office visits and virtual platforms.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Be a proactive onsite clinician in a team with 2 MDs and multiple FNPs.
• Utilize decision support tools and new technology to enhance patient care.
  
  

Qualifications: MD/DO, certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, with outpatient and chronic condition management experience preferred.
