Role:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in a full-time capacity, primarily working in skilled nursing facilities and long-term care settings.
Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision, assist in patient evaluation and referral, collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure physician orders are current and complete.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited program, current state licensure, strong communication and organizational skills. New graduates are encouraged to apply with available mentorship.
