Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level pharmacy consulting and patient education on medication usage, side effects, and cost management.
- Deliver clinical healthcare services such as immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
- Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and collaborate with pharmacy team members to foster a supportive environment.
- BS in Pharmacy or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in relevant states.
- Certified Immunizer or willingness to become certified within 90 days.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, verification, and insurance procedures.
- Provide compassionate patient care and medication counseling.
- Administer immunizations and conduct diagnostic testing.
- Maintain medication safety and regulatory compliance.
- Train and support pharmacy staff in daily operations.
- Patient-focused, service-driven, and collaborative leader.
- Committed to continuous learning and problem-solving within pharmacy practice.
