Pharmacist

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including processing prescriptions, counseling customers on health and medication needs, administering immunizations, and ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations.

Key duties include:

• Dispensing prescriptions accurately and maintaining confidential records.
• Offering expert advice to support customer health and wellness.
• Leading initiatives to improve patient safety, quality of care, and compliance with policies.
• Building relationships with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and implementing improvement strategies.
• Enforcing standards for customer service, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Creating a culture of integrity, respect, and continuous improvement.
• Mentoring team members and promoting an inclusive work environment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent.
• Pharmacy license (by job entry).
• Completion of an accredited immunization training program.
