Pediatric RN for home and community-based care
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct pediatric nursing care in patients' homes
- Monitor vital signs and manage medications
- Support daily care needs of pediatric patients
- Educate and empower families on care routines
- Collaborate with caregivers and clinical leaders to ensure safe, compassionate, and age-appropriate care
- Follow individualized care plans to meet each child's unique needs
- Current RN license
