- The NP will develop and manage our palliative care program, providing diagnosis, treatment, medication management, assessments, and consultations to patients in their homes or facilities.
- Responsibilities include traveling to patient locations to ensure comfort and dignity during end-of-life care, supporting patients and families through compassionate service.
- The ideal candidate holds a valid APRN and RN license, with experience in nursing preferred. They must have or be able to obtain an NPI number and potentially a Controlled Substance License and DEA number.
