Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for Rheumatology, working 2-4 days/week in Salem and expanding to Eugene. This role offers an opportunity to apply advanced nursing skills, critical thinking, and compassionate care to improve patient outcomes.

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vitals, examinations, and medical histories.
  • Perform joint injections and manage complex cases involving multiple organ systems.
  • Utilize EMR systems like NextGen for accurate documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Interpret lab and x-ray results and oversee the infusion suite.
  • Work primarily Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with limited holiday and weekend call; no hospital rounding.

Compensation ranges from $55.00 to $60.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, vision, dental insurance, PTO, CME allowances, 401(k), and more.
